Shephard, we could be twins. I agree on #’s 1-3-5-8-12-18-20-27-30-48-72-76-77-83-86-97, plus I am a cat person (have 2) and used to be a student of New Age philosophies.

what a wonderful list, shephard. i came here looking for your venice list (still need to find it).

i also went to your other sites – greatly enjoyed your critiques of the various plays.

i lived in california up until 2 years ago. i miss it. we were in the bay area. someday we hope to get back there. happily, sparks is only 4 hours from friends and family (not including my mom who lives here – phew!).

i need to think about making one of these lists.

  3. Spiffy list, Shephard!

I never knew any nuns till I went to Europe. There, I learned that they can be not only fascinating people, but also a girl on her own’s best friends. (Seriously. Alone and don’t know where to go? Ask a nun.)

    Hello from Michele’s!

  4. Heya Shep! (Sorry, couldn’t resist!!)

I read through all of your 100 (plus one) things about you and your Thursday Thirteen. Correction, I LAUGHED all through your TT list. Hilarious!! I love random thoughts, they say so much about a person!

And the potatoes thing? Yeah, me too. What is up with all that creamy carb substance? With butter, and sour cream, or heck, just plain … are you craving them more? lol

Thanks for sharing your life with us. It was a very interesting, and entertaining read!

    Michele says hello!

  25. Today I bought a book at Goodwill in Sebastian Fl. In it was a bookplate with the name Shepherd Summers and a stamp as to a library it was from….(I’llnever tell) It is a lovely book about cats, which I loved. So I looked up the name on Google and here I am. So this was your book and how has it gotten to the little sleepy town of Sebastian? You can do a blog about this.
